Previously at Sabert Corp., she managed a $10M portfolio of national and regional chain accounts across restaurant, grocery, and other foodservice segments— earning consistent recognition including Sabert Hall of Fame and consecutive years in Presidents Club. With additional experience in distributor sales and non-foods marketing, Christen has a well-rounded command of how products move from manufacturer to table. She is passionate about building lasting partnerships with operators ready to make the switch to sustainable, compostable solutions.
